CURRENT OPENING: Inside Sales Agent

The Inside Sales Agent should be a team player, willing to work and thrive in an energetic, creative and fun environment. Our team provides all training necessary to successfully perform in the Inside Sales Agent position. This individual will be expected to adhere to the company standards, procedures and performance benchmarks for this position. A committed and punctual individual will help us generate and produce a continual stream of contacts and leads through persistent and professional phone communications. The Inside Sales Agent will have opportunities to grow with the team in an environment that is respectful to the balance of work life and home life. Supporting the team and collaborating for our client’s best interest are critical roles of the Inside Sales Agent. The Inside Sales Agent will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various outbound lead sources provided by David Roybal & Associates. A qualified individual in this position will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. Attention to detail is vitally important in this position due to the critical task of obtaining information about buyer/seller leads. The Inside Sales Agent will also schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. The Inside Sales Agent position will require an individual who is diligent, driven, determined, accountable, and confident with a “can do” and “no fear” attitude. The Inside Sales Agent must be a good problem solver who can withstand and accept rejection while remaining excited about the challenges of the real estate business. The Inside Sales Agent should operate with integrity and do the right thing, no matter the cost, showing consistent professionalism in every interaction. The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for daily communication with clients, prospects and general contacts. Each relationship will be treated in a respectful manner, with the end goal of continually proving our reliability and solid results. The Inside Sales Agent will understand that it takes consistent, nurturing communication to continually build the business – positive customer service skills and phone etiquette are a must due to daily phone contact with clients. •Set Appointments based on goals set
•Prequalifying Buyers & Sellers
Other duties and responsibilities as management deems necessary
•Additional training and/or required reading to help the position remain knowledgeable as needed.
•Attending trade show, seminar or training sessions per company requests to keep informed about changes
in our market and/or industry operations.
•Actively seek connections with potential clients and leads.
•Support office administration when needed and requested.

PREFERRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
•Must be self-motivated, possess strong organizational and communication skills.
•The ability to read and write at a high school or above average level is needed as this position directly
relates to data entry, gathering information, as well as response to client requests and written
•Experience communicating effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and
verbal form preferred but not required.
•Must possess the ability to memorize, practice and internalize scripts
•Must be able to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring
•Must have a desire to create a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and build rapport with
•Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
•The ability to remain organized, systematic, and detail-oriented even in pressure situations is a must
•Prior success in a results-oriented environment preferred, but not necessary
•Basic understanding of computers and navigating the Internet is required
•A positive attitude and desire to grow in a career, develop skills and seize opportunities is vital to the
success of the position
•Must have a strong phone voice and professional phone and customer service etiquette
PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Optimal hearing is required, as much of the
position requires verbal and listening skills. Sitting for long periods of time is required, however, the
company is open to adaptations for standing stations, etc. Consistent, yet flexible work hours may be
arranged with permission from the company owners.
